For whoever needs to hear this

Happiness isn’t the result of the likes of others. The unhappiness you feel within is caused by the dislikes of yourself. Feeding ourselves a poisonous vine of ...  The pause is for you to answer, and for me to look the other way. I’m not here to judge, the gavel is in your hand. We condemn ourselves, you can become what you speak. That negative voice in your head, spewing venomous thoughts is sucking all life from you. Distinguish the voices within, one is not you but your very own worst enemy. On an endless deed to end you, by any means necessary.

How can you expect others to treat you well when on the inside you treat yourself like…The pause is for you to answer, and for me to look the other way. 

Take a moment to reflect on how much love and care you provide yourself. The expectations placed on materials and others to provide what should already live within. Prioritize you, be mindful of the conversations happening within yourself. Ego is lurking
